Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not soak, and avoid abrasive materials, harsh cleaners, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Each solid acrylic tile is first engraved, then UV printed and professionally colored. This creates recessed, colored details rather than a completely flat surface design, helping protect the artwork from everyday scuffing and rubbing during play.

The larger proportions give the tiles a substantial feel in hand. They fit most standard American Mahjong racks and are designed for rack play rather than standing fully upright on their own. Remove the protective film before first use. Slight variations in color or placement may occur from one set to another.

Every set will arrive complete and ready to play. If a tile arrives missing, incorrect, cracked, chipped, peeling, or materially misprinted, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs so we can arrange an individual replacement or appropriate resolution.
