We do our best to ensure each product is prepared with care and precision, but exact color matching, placement, or appearance across screens, batches, or individual items cannot be guaranteed.

6. Made-to-Order and Custom-Prepared Products

Some or all of our products may be made to order or custom-prepared after purchase. This means an item may be prepared specifically for your order rather than pulled from ready-to-ship inventory.

Because of this, order changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds may be limited once an order is placed or enters production.

Please review your order details carefully before checkout, including product style, quantity, shipping address, email address, and any other information provided at purchase.

7. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices, product descriptions, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time. We may also correct pricing, product, promotional, or availability errors, including after an order has been submitted.

Discount codes, promotional offers, and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at our discretion.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item or items in your cart. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Because products may be made to order or custom-prepared, we may be unable to modify or cancel an order once it has entered production, processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated customer information provided at checkout.

10. Shipping and Delivery

At this time, we offer one flat-rate shipping option for $10. Shipping rates and order details are displayed at checkout before purchase.

Each mat is carefully prepared with care and precision. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Once the order is complete, it ships promptly. Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after production.

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production and transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, high-volume periods, incorrect or incomplete addresses, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. We may provide tracking information when available, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

At this time, we primarily ship to customers in the United States. If international shipping is offered, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because our products may be made to order or custom-prepared, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

Please review product details carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the product may be prepared specifically for your order and that returns, exchanges, and cancellations may be limited.

12. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Our no-return policy does not prevent us from reviewing concerns about damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mahjpalazzo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the matter on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Normal product variations, including slight color, print, placement, texture, finish, or screen-display differences, are not necessarily considered defects.

13. Customer Information and Account Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, payment information, and any other information needed to complete your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or other issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

If you notice an error in your order information, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment preparation.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, product names, product images, photography, graphics, illustrations, artwork, branding, logos, copy, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Mahj Palazzo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
